Info: Gary, a licensed real estate agent since 1978 (the entire time here in the mid-Willamette Valley) received his broker's license in 1981. He started Northwest Realty Consultants in March of 1984 and has helped well over 1,000 buyers and sellers. Gary has averaged over 40 transactions and $4 million in sales annually. He began investing in real estate in 1979. Gary received his degree from Oregon State University in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing and management. Involved as a volunteer in the community in many ways, for Gary there have been three highlights: being president of the Corvallis Jaycees, being in charge of the remodeling of the Avery House in Avery Park and receiving the Jr. First Citizen's Award for Corvallis. Hobbies and interests include: Hiking Backpacking Kayaking Remodeling and landscape projects Sports, especially disk golf, basketball and baseball. Married to Julie in 1988 he has lived in the mid-Willamette Valley since 1973.
