Having been surrounded by the real estate business since she was a child, she decided that she would follow in her mother’s footsteps and also join the real estate world. Northwest Realty Consultants welcomes a new principal broker
Born in New York and raised in Hawaii, Cheryl moved to Corvallis, OR in 1974 to attend OSU and is still here 35 years later. She received her BS in Education from OSU in 1981. In 1992 she became an agent at Northwest Realty Consultants and was very successful. In 1997, so that she would have more time with her children, she gave up the sales side of real estate for a more 9-to-5 job and became an escrow officer. In 2006 she realized that her kids were grown so she came back “home” to Northwest Realty Consultants. In December 2008, she became a principal broker and continues to work with buyers and sellers to make sure their transactions go as smoothly as possible.
Cheryl and her husband, Bill have two grown children and are anticipating the birth of their first grandchild in July.
Cheryl enjoys ceramics, traveling and spending time with her family and Beaver sports.

Info: Connie is an OSU graduate with a degree in advertising design. She has always had an interest in home design, color & composition. She and her husband Terry have four grown children. Their sons and their families make their homes in Corvallis. Before coming to work at Northwest Realty Consultants she was managing the office for Terry's commercial construction business.

Gary, a licensed real estate agent since 1978 (the entire time here in the mid-Willamette Valley) received his broker's license in 1981. He started Northwest Realty Consultants in March of 1984 and has helped well over 1,000 buyers and sellers. Gary has averaged over 40 transactions and $4 million in sales annually. He began investing in real estate in 1979.
Gary received his degree from Oregon State University in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing and management.
Involved as a volunteer in the community in many ways, for Gary there have been three highlights: being president of the Corvallis Jaycees, being in charge of the remodeling of the Avery House in Avery Park and receiving the Jr. First Citizen's Award for Corvallis.

Info: A life long Oregon resident, John and his wife came to Corvallis in 1989. In 1997 he met Gary who helped with the sale of their first home and the purchase of their second. Homes by Owner made such an impact on him that he decided to become a Realtor and help people in the same manner. Info: Originally from Fremont, Nebraska, Pat moved to Corvallis in 1974 to attend OSU. Pat & his late wife, Pam, were married in 1986 and lived on a mini-farm East of Corvallis since then.
Pat started in real estate in 1995 with Northwest Realty Consultants. He enjoys the flexibility that NW Realty’s menu of services offers to his clients, allowing them to pick the type of assistance in buying or selling that fits their individual needs and circumstances.
Pat loves all that the Willamette Valley and Oregon has to offer in the way of outdoor entertainment, from taking care of his mini-farm to playing with his dogs in the woods or the water.
